My videos in the Verizon cloud (on the app) aren't downloading back onto my phone. It says they are but the bar never moves with progress. Can you please help?
drewstrong, we certainly want you to be able to retrieve your videos from the Verizon Cloud. Let's get this downloaded right away. Are you getting any error messages? Are you saving the video to the SD card or to the phone? What's the make/model of the device?
