My wife cannot see her uploads to Vz cloud

We have a Cloud account but, my wife upload pics and vids from here phone, we cannot see them on the cloud. How can we find my wife's pictures and video?

Are you logged into her account or yours?  Each line needs its own My Verizon account for line-specific things like Cloud.
