I need to get some phone records and some text messages from last March of 2019 but this is a different phone already how can I do that
You can access your usage reports online for up to I believe 18 months. Log into your My Verizon account. It will show a number a date and a time, text content is never within usage report and text content is never saved. If you have deleted text messages they are gone for good, subsequent back ups would have erased any records
