***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Need help....

I can see all my photos and videos on the app on my phone in the cloud but when I sign in online I cant see any of them.  just folder names and picture totals but no pictures.  can anyone help me fix this?

Being able to access your precious media is important, BRISEI53. Let's investigate this. What type of device (i.e phone browser, computer, tablet, etc) are you using to access these files online? Does that device have any type of firewall software that might prevent viewing them?
