Need to start over with my cloud...

I deleted my cloud storage a while back. No, it is no longer in the trash. I thought I could simply tell it to back up the content i had left on my phone, but, any file previously on the cloud it will not recognize. Should I just try to cancel my cloud storage and start over? Nothing seems to work.

Apologies for any frustration, DAVELAM13 . Let's get this sorted. You mention having deleted the storage. To clarify, does anything show when loading the website: https://my.cloud.verizon.com/login#/ ?
