If I never signed up for VZ Cloud and never loaded down the app then do I need to do anything regarding the change of upgrading to a premium package? When the phone does an auto backup while charging is VZ Cloud where it puts the data?
I do ALL my backups through iTunes.

I understand your concerns with changes to our Verizon Cloud service. I’d like to help.
If you do not use this feature, then you will not have to do anything at all. However, I’m glad you’re able to successfully back up your data via iTunes.
Do you receive notifications that your device is backing up via the Verizon Cloud app?
