It's a long story but I bought a Nexus 5 to replace a lost Galaxy 7 phone on my Verizon network. I got it to work by taking the sim card from an older Verizon Droid. The only thing I cannot download Verizon Cloud to that I can access my photos. the app says my phone is not compatible. I have tried several other transfer apps and none seem to be able to access either my Cloud account or the phone I have been using since I lost my Galaxy 7. Help?
Access the Verizon cloud on the computer, then download the photos to your computer. Then use Google or another cloud service to backup your photos so you CAN access them from any phone and any browser.
