Class Action lawsuit time!
This is beyond ridiculous.
11 weeks since the first complaint on this thread.
I've been paying for 250 GB of storage for a while now. I have 33 GB of photos, videos, & document's stored in Verizon Cloud.
I've made numerous phone calls and get a different story and deadline each time. I work in IT and get thathe servers go down. VERIZON you folks need a new ops team if it takes 3 months to "rebuild" a server that is part of a paid service.
Fix it and stop making excuses!
Again, CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT... it's already been being considered!
