Not all content is backing up to Cloud

I have 194 contacts on my Galaxy SIII but only 76 contacts on the Cloud and 75 contacts on Gmail.  I'd like to have them all on the Cloud.  Not all of my music is backed up to the Cloud either.  I have tried with Backup Assistant on and off.
