I did not buy VZ Cloud storage plan. I had pics from 2/2016 in the original free cloud THAT I NEED FOR A LEGAL CASE!
Where are the photos? I have been a Verizon Customer since 1999. SERIOUSLY HATE VERIZON. Give me access to my photos. How?
Why didn't you download the pictures before the free cloud access expired?

Thank you for your loyal service over the last two decades, DOB11050. I certainly understand that your media is important, especially for a court case. A few months ago we sent a series of text and email messages to our customers who had the free Verizon Cloud storage to advise this is being changed to premium storage. In order to retain your information the Cloud feature needed to be updated to a premium feature. If this was not completed by the date advised in the messages the cloud feature/content was removed. The good news is, if it has been less than 30 days since this was removed we will be able to add a premium cloud feature and restore your content. I have sent a private message in order to further assist you. I look forward to your reply.
