Why can't Verizon Support post a message up front that they are having server problems?
This seems to have ben affecting a lot of people for some time. They boast how great cloud computing is but it’s not.

This is what a support agent told me on 2/10/17
Verizon | The Network team says that the servers are coming back on line but things are being processed slowly to make sure there are not any Additional issues or crashing. |
Verizon | As of today the Estimated time for 100% Restore of all Functions is 2/16. |
Verizon | it also states that access on the app should be back to normal now. |
