All options other than contacts are grayed out. How do you fix? I adjusted the permissions to allow everything, stopped the clod app and restarted the phone.
That usually means the cloud feature isn't on your account any more. Go to the settings page, then go to manage storage and you probably have a choice of 500Gb or 1Tb. Pick one and follow the onscreen prompts to put it back on you phone number.
Are you subscribed to the Verizon Cloud to have the option to back up your pictures to the Verizon Cloud?
There are other cloud storage options available including free options. Verizon Cloud isn't one of the free options.
