Over 1,000 pictures...gone

I had over 1,000 picture in Verizon Cloud before I completed what I believed to be a mandatory upgrade/increase in memory. I am not paying $5 a month for increased storage and every single one of my 1000 pictures has disappeared. I am so upset!

You could have agreed to the first free month of the feature and took that time to download them to your computer or transfer those images to another cloud service.
