Why won't the cloud backup all my photos on my phone. Just installed the cloud and it only backed up the 3 resent photos
Verizon's cloud has been down since January 27th.
I would suggest using google cloud.
Verizon has been nothing but a huge disappointment in how they've been handling this issue

We want to ensure you're able to backup all of your photos to the Cloud. We can help. We just need a few details first. What's the make and model of your phone? Are the older photos contained in the same folder as the three most recent photos that backed up? Lastly, does your device have a SD card?
