I cannot access my private folder on the cloud. Ive reset and typed in the PIN i created multiple times and it always brings me back to the "get started" button. How do i actually access the private folder. I have videos and photos in there that i just cant access now anymore. How do i fix this

Verizon, why do you keep sending people private messages about this? Clearly it's a common issue can you just state the solution to fix it so we can all benefit??? Yes, I am having the same issue, now even more frustrated that I have to wait for you to send me a private message before I can access my files.

I have moved several pictures to the private folder. When I open the private folder no pictures are there

I know I would be disheartened if I had issues with accessing a private folder in my Verizon Cloud service as well, Shurry72. The last thing we would want to see is for any pictures to go missing. What happens if you follow the steps here to reset your Private Folder PIN?
From the Verizon Cloud App > Private Folder Settings > Reset PIN.
