Queried how-to web-access my Cloud context but get errors...

I wanted to access my Android-device originated Cloud content from a web browser from my Windows PC via the Web.

I queried FAQ's how to access my Cloud content (looking for a web URL address).

From that query, Listed were references to using the Apps but also the web URL to access via Web URL address:

"h t t p s://cloud.verizonwireless.com/vzCloud/home/cloudOverview.action"

<<Note: I expanded the https part so VZW system would not auto-convert to "Sign-IN" hyperlink>>

Ever time I attempt to use that link, I also get the following web error listing...

"Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

What is wrong ???

What happens if you log onto your account at verizonwireless.com, then go to My Plan & Services, then My Cloud Media & Contacts? 

Try clearing your browser cache and trying again, or use a different browser entirely.
