Recovering photo albums from cloud?

I backed up my photos in the Cloud.  Then I recovered them to my new S7 android.  But the albums did not recover?  How do I get the albums back?

Help has arrived HDB1​! I want to make sure we can help you restore all your precious memories. When attempting to restore your albums, are you getting any error messages? Are you able to view your content when logged into your My Verizon Account via a desktop?
