Having access to your device and it settings is very important so can understand wanting to have this option available. At this time however you are not able to reset the network settings on your phone through the My Verizon cloud application. The network settings can only be updated from the phone itself. Are you having any issues with your phone currently? We'd love to assist with any issues you may be having. Please keep us posted.
