Yikes, that is two weeks too long! We're on the scene & eager to get to the bottom of this in no time. What make/model phone are you using? You mentioned that this happened about 2 weeks ago, do you remember making any changes to your device (such as a new software update or downloaded any new applications) during that time frame? To confirm, the error message displays on your entire phone when you go into the photos app and you're not able to view your photos?

This has not only happened on my phone, but also on my computer. In both situations I am not able to view any photos.

What kind of phone are you using? Is it a specific application you're using on your phone and computer that won't allow you to view the photos? Have you made any changes to the device since this began happening?
