Restore files from a Cloud that has been taken off the bill.

My mother (the account owner) deleted my cloud from the bill without my knowledge and we have tried many times to restore the content. It has not been 30 days since the cloud was removed and yet, no one has been able to restore the files. She added another cloud on to try and get it back but to no avail. I have tried everything, I just want my pictures back. Please help.
