Retrieve backups from older restore points

Is it possible to access restore points prior to the latest Verizon Cloud device backup to retrieve messages that were backed up 2-3 days ago, even though the latest backup occurred 1 day ago. I ask because during activation of a new device, the restore process failed and only restored some messages and then proceeded to take a backup of the incomplete restore, thus the most comprehensive backup appears to no longer be available.

This is a difficult situation to say the least. The answer depends on a couple of factors. 1st, when you sign in at verizonwireless.com, how many messages are showing saved? 2nd, do you still have the previous device? Ifso, we can reactivate it after clearing your cloud profile and reestablish that backup. We will wait to hear back from you.
