Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Security question issue? different from the one set up...

I downloaded Verizon Cloud app and am trying to set up it.

After logging in with password and authorization code, it asks to answer the security question.  However, the question is different from the one which I set up for my account.  I have tried many times different days.  The question keeps changing itself. 

I have tried to reset the question on my account, but have not been able to get the right question.

I have contacted Verizon, and received the ticket number awhile ago.  No response.

yoonpark, making sure you are able to sign into your Verizon Cloud account is important. What happens when you try to sign into the main Verizon Cloud website
