Still being charged for cloud storage on cancelled line

I pay monthly for extra storage on both lines on my account. A few months ago I added a new line, and dropped one of the old ones, and just realized I am still being charged 3x per month for extra storage but only have 2 active lines on my account. The phone from the dropped line is broken so we can not turn it on to edit anything on iCloud and do not remember the password to log In from another device. How do I cancel the storage charge for the dropped line??

Hello, Aubreyg3. Help is here. So sorry to hear that the phone is broken. Just to confirm, the line in question that is broken. Is it still listed on the account or did you completely remove it from the accout? Also, I see you stated Cloud as well as iCloud. Which one are you referencing? Verizon Cloud is from us but iCloud is directly from Apple. Please let me know.
