I recently got my IPhone 5c stolen and just switched to an IPhone SE. For some reason, it says the Cloud is getting full and it wont send texts or recieve calls or anything.
a message popped up saying my storage is full and so it took me under Settings>General>Storage and ICloud usage
storage used 11.4 GB
available 243 MB
icloud storage 5 GB
available 548 KB
then if i click on manage storage under the cloud, it has two iphones on there
iphone 11.4 GB
this iphone 0 KB
should i delete the backup on the phone, or will that erase everything??????

That is some very helpful information. The phones storage is very low with only 243MB availble. Deleting the backup will not remove information that has been restored to the phone, but you would lose the ability to restore that information until a back up was perform. I would look under phone storage to see if there is anything you can remove to free up storage.
