Suddenly all of my contacts are missing from the cloud!

My phone died and I am awaiting delivery of my replacement device. Earlier today I went into my cloud to retrieve a few numbers, at that time there were approx 460 contacts. I just went back in and suddenly they are all missing! My photos seem to all be there but there are no contacts. Please help!

Huny, this is concerning to hear. How are you attempting to access the cloud? Are you connecting from a computer?
