I deleted a bunch of pictures on my online Verizon cloud using a computer; however, when I open my cloud on my phone it still has EVERYTHING. How can I sync my cloud so that all the pictures I deleted from my computer get deleted from my PHONE cloud. I'm trying to avoid deleting them one by one again before I restore my pictures.

You've come to the right place for help xoxofernandaa. I know how important it is to be able to manage the pictures on your Verizon Cloud.
Pictures, videos, music and documents are backed up to Verizon Cloud; the content in the cloud is only a copy of the content on the device. Content deleted from the Cloud or from the phone is not automatically deleted from the other. You will need to delete them from the phone.

xoxofernandaa, we want to save you some trouble when it comes to deleting the pictures on your device. You will need to sync those changes back to your device. Which make/model phone do you have?

I have the Galaxy Note 5.
Thank you for clarifying! Have you had the chance to delete the content from your device as well?

I accidentally factory reset so they are gone from the phone; but I thought if I deleted them from my cloud over a computer, only the one left would be restored to the phone. However, when I open my cloud on my phone, it still contains every picture. I'm not sure if the cloud on my phone is the same as the one on the computer.
Thank you for clarifying! Did you deleted the pictures from the cloud prior to the Factory Reset? Cloud viewed on either device is still the cloud tied to that specific number. I would recommend deleting one of the pictures on the cloud that is not on your device and then review the cloud on your device to see if the picture is removed. If so, I would then recommend working your way through and deleting any content that you do not want.

i have a similar problem. I deleted a bunch of pictures from cloud using my PC. But when I look at my phone the pictures are still there. When I try to delete them, I get a message saying unable to locate, they were already deleted. So why are they still showing up on my phone?
