Text notices that my Verizon Cloud account will be closed
fed_up_with_verizon

I keep getting text notices that my Verizon Cloud account will close on 6/29 and all the content will be lost.  I have been backing my phone up to the Cloud and in fact, it is backing up right now.  If I lose all the data, I won't be a very happy camper!  There are pictures in there that I can't get back!  How do I make sure that my cloud is active and Verizon doesn't delete my account?

There are messages that go out stating if a cloud account is inactive it will be deleted. Are you sure this isn't what the message says?

Maybe you are backing up to google?

I switched carriers and found out the cloud backup would be lost once my number moved.  So I stopped using it years ago.  Google photo, Dropbox, or one drive.  But never again use a private cloud.

We certainly want to make sure your content stays safe and sound! Do you have other lines on the account that the message may be referring to?
