How long has the Cloud been down?  I was having trouble with the Verizon Cloud (not iCloud) app on my phone.  At the time, I had over 500 photos backed up there.  So, I assumed there was a bug with the app and I deleted and reinstalled, thinking all of my info would still be there.  Now, I can't even access the app (it sits and spins) and the time I did get on, it asked me to setup again and that I had no photos at all. 

So, I speak with (via chat) a Verizon tech person today who informs me that I haven't used the system since 2012.

What gives?
