i think my phone was hacked and I’m now getting messages from Verizon cloud that I have pending photos saved and I cannot access them.

ashley.clay, we want to ensure your phone is functioning as it should be. I welcome the opportunity to assist with your inquiry. I just need some additional details. What occurred on your phone that makes you think it's been hacked. You may have a backup that didn't complete properly which is why you're not able to access those photos. Have you tried running a new back-up in the Cloud to see if you can obtain that access? Let us know.

I cannot log in the cloud and I cannot see what pictures are there. I think my phone was hacked or broken into because some of my photos and videos are missing. I keep getting this message about my pictures.

I cannot successfully log in on either app My Verizon or Cloud. If I go to Safari, I can get a little bit further, I can log in to My Verizon, but cannot access my cloud. It’s says this message.

What message? If you had an image attached, it didn't come through the email reply. You need to post it on this thread directly in order for the community members to view it.
