Trade in return lable

I received my new 3 mobile devices with a bubble wrap and the shipping page but no return label for my trade in. I called Verizon customer service and of cores got the  smart robot AI person that keeps repeating on when to call me back with dates and times all I wanted is to speak to a live person and ask how can I print a return label of cores the AI robot send me a link to my phone about the return label but when I opened the link it was on procedure on how to return the phone not how to print the label. so please if it is after hours and you don't have anybody to answer the phone remove that stupid robot and just tell him to say call back during working hours.

Now the Question is how to print the return old phone label because I went to order and then to view details and there is nothing there about printing the label.
