I have a Droid turbo2 for a year and bought a SD card today. Is there any way to transfer the pictures from "the cloud" to that SD card or back to my gallery. My computer is not recognizing any of my usb cords. I was hoping to load the pictures on the SD card then put it in my computer.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We certainly want to make sure that you can get your photos where you want them to be. Have you tried to log into the cloud from your computer and then export them from there directly to a folder on the computer?
