I have an old phone that is not a smartphone. It doesn't store many pictures, and I couldn't figure out how to get the pictures from my phone to my computer. So, I decided to get Cloud because my phone had a send - online album option. When I choose that it verifies that the message was sent, but I can't find my pictures on Cloud. I need help!
I'm so discouraged. All the instructions on Verizon assume everyone has a smartphone.
Which size storage feature did you add to your account when you got the cloud? Is the cloud backing up any other info like contacts, or is nothing backing up successfully?
