Hi, I have Verizon 2tb cloud service under Fios but unable to access it. When I click on it through desktop webpage it's in perpetual refresh mode and nothing happens. When I login verizon cloud application it says I don't have access to Verizon cloud 2tb option and prompting me to buy the 2tb option.
Verizon chat support has been as unhelpful as ever and after bumping me to 3 different agents over an hour, they still don't know. I have been with Verizon for over a decade, and it's really sad how bad the support is now compared to before.
Anyone know whom to contact for cloud support issues?

The 2TB Cloud you have through the Fios account may be accessed in several ways:
1) On your Verizon mobile device you can launch the free version (v24.9+) and then in Account Settings you will find an option for Residential access. Use your Fios access credentials and your mobile cloud will then open to the Fios cloud.
2) Download and install the Desktop App for Cloud and login with your Fios credentials.
3) Use a web browser and you may open the On-Line Cloud portal. Use your My Verizon Fios credentials to access.
