Unable to log in?

I installed Cloud and it keeps saying, unable to recognize user name or password. Even changed password and logged into my Verizon to make sure it worked. But still, cloud won't let me in.

TL1919, I want to make sure that you're able to get logged into your cloud service without any issues. Are you having troubles getting into the Cloud Services on the Desktop application or through your phone? Can you please try this link to see if you can get logged in: Please keep us posted.
