Since I had to replace my iPhone 7, I am no longer able to see or restore any photos or other data. I can backup new pictures, but can not see them from the iPhone app.
I can see the photos from my Tablet (iPad) however which uses the same account:
If I was to try to restore anything it shows 0 bytes to restore:
However it does show 3.1GB of space is in use.
However I can see the all the photos from a web browser. There are two iPhone folders and new photos are being stored in one of them.
I can restore the photos from the web, but I should also be able to access these from the iPhone.
From my iPad I can see the older iPhone folder but not the new one where new pictures are being backed up to.
