Unlimited Cloud included with 5g home internet

I signed up for the Verizon 5G Home Internet which came with a Verizon Cloud Unlimited plan. However, I can't access the plan at all (even though it says it's active on my internet line). When I go on the mobile app, it automatically logs in with my phone number and says I need to sign up for a plan and pay for it. When I sign out and try to enter with my home inter number it says it is sending a text to my home internet number. That number cannot receive text!

If you're the Account Owner or Account Manager, you can go to the Services & Perks page in My Verizon to add Verizon Cloud to any line(s) on your account. Or you can sign up through the Verizon Cloud app to add Verizon Cloud to your individual line.

I tried that - it keeps wanting me to sign up for a cloud plan which is suppose to be already included with my 5g home internet plan.

We want to make sure that you're able to use your Verizon Cloud included with your 5G Home Plus plan.
Verizon Cloud Unlimited Group is available when you sign up for 5G Home Plus. First, you'll need to register your 5G Home Plus internet using the steps outlined in this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-300083/ After that, get the Mac desktop app or get the Windows desktop app. You'll need to set it up using the desktop app before being able to use the mobile apps to manage it. After that, sign in using the credentials created with your 5G Home Plus account.

The Mac that I have is an older one and the most recent system update is too older to use the Verizon cloud app. Is there another way to do this - ie, through the cloud or website?

Khoyle16, to access the Verizon 5G Homeโs included Verizon Cloud Unlimited feature, you need a computer which can access the Verizon Cloud Desktop App. There is both a Mac and Windows version. You can find links to download either here: https://www.verizon.com/support/using-5g-home-faqs/
You just need to go to the โHow do I set up Verizon Cloud when I have 5G Home Plus?โ question, to see the download links.
Prior to accessing through the desktop app, you need to register the 5G Homeโs line with My Verizon. You can do that using these steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-17492/
The 5G Homeโs line just needs to be registered, it does not need to be a Account Manager line.
Once the line is registered, you then use the My Verizon sign-in information to sign-in to the Verizon Cloud desktop app. When youโve signed in successfully you can then add users to the shared unlimited cloud. That is done using steps outlined in โManage users on a shared Verizon Cloud planโ page: https://www.verizon.com/support/how-to-use-verizon-cloud/#remove-user-shared
Just use the steps for โComputer App.' As of right now, this is the only way to access the Unlimited Cloud feature offered by the 5G Home.

This is a huge problem for me. I am never able to signin. It continuously redirects and I have been on SO MANY support calls โ and no one can help. I have paid for this service over 20 months and still no resolution. It is a gaslight to tell us it is our issue when we cannot signin.
