So I have a 5-G home device but I do not have a phone with Verizon.
This is causing all kinds of problems.
The most recent one is the cloud user managment is not working so I cant add anyone.
The apps on the phones are usless because a phone can only upload to the cloud if a user is added on the website.
So the only way I can upoad to the cloud is on my 1 computer.
Even though I am supposed to be able to add 5 other people no matter who they are or what company they have there phones through.
Dose anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
Attached is a picture of the message I always get.
Verizon themselves have not been much help with this that is why I am turning to this message board.

I have 5-G home internet that comes with unlimited cloud storage. No phones or anything else just the 5-G device for home internet.
I say that because the fact I do not have a phone as well seems to be causing lots of problems.

When did you get this error? When updates are being done it can make service unavailable temporarily.
