I have an iPhone 4, but I've had it for 2 years, which means there is an upgrade available. Can I get an iPhone 5c, for free? Or would I have to pay?

If you're currently still on the more everything plan (or other 2-year contract plans) you are meant to still be able to do a 2 year plan price phone. You should be able to log in online and go through the process of upgrading, without actually finishing the order to see what the phones cost.
