I can't see any of my pictures older than 1 year. When I click on folders from 2015, the system remains in 'thinking mode' and does not display images. I have tried with and without WiFi. I have cleared the cache on my phone, closed the app, restarted phone and same issue continues. What am I doing wrong?

Having access to all of your pictures is key! I depend on having access to my personal pictures too. I will be happy to get this fixed for you. It sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting so for. Have you tried to remove the app and reinstall it? Have you ever been able to access your 2015 pictures?
