VZ Cloud issues

I keep receiving notices that my VZ Cloud memory is full. I try and delete docs, pics, videos, etc but they either don't let me delete them or it deletes, then reappears after it backs up again. Between Motorola, Google & Verizon it's difficult to keep the backups straight. How can I delete permanently and free up cloud space?

Please help!

I certainly understand that storage space can sometimes be hard to free up. I keep a lot of information stored on the cloud so I always have access to it. I'm happy to help make sure that yours is not a difficult experience. When you delete the information from the cloud, do you also then go in and delete it from the device you are backing up to ensure that it does not back itself up again on your next scheduled back up?

We are more than happy to address your concerns, suefrandsen. We understand the importance being able to delete anything from your cloud to have the space necessary to store everything you need. I’m confident we can solve this together.
Are you getting any error messages when you initially delete your media from the device? One recommendation that I want to make is to be sure that the device has the most recent software update. If it does not, please update the device and delete the cloud app following the update. The next step would be to download the cloud once again and attempt to delete all the files once more.
