Verison Cloud pictures won't download on Mac OS Monterey

Hey Verizon Cloud Help Team,

I am trying to download pictures from my Verizon Cloud account to my computer on a Mac with OS Monterey.  I select a picture, everything looks good, then I click the download icon and get the message "MY_IMAGE_NAME downloading, will appear in your downloads folder when complete".  But no image is ever downloaded.  I tried this with multiple different images and have had no luck downloading.   Any thoughts on things to try?  I have successfully downloaded images before, so not sure if something has changed.

mqwilber, thanks so much for this information. Just want to rule out a few things. When you go to the site, are you able to view the pictures prior to downloading? Also, is it possible to test this out using a different computer/browser?
