Verizon Cloud Desktop App keeps popping up to verify on my mobile phone even after I do. Never signing me in.

The Verizon Cloud Desktop App keeps popping up to verify on my mobile phone. After I do, it pops up to verify again. It Keeps doing this and never signs in.  Every 15 seconds it pops up. I put my phone number in, it sends me a Verification on my cell phone to allow. or deny. I obviously click allow. Then the sign-in seems to work, and the pop-up disappears. Then pops back up 10 to 15 seconds later. It just keeps doing this and never signing me in. What can I Do to sign in and stop this.
