I am trying to set up my new Verizon J7 phone. When I try to access Verizon Cloud I get the message "Sorry we are unable to connect t your cloud. Try again later error 3002. This has been going on for several days. How can I fix this?
We just recently upgraded a line on the account and get the same error when trying to connect to the cloud whether via the app on the device (the Samsung Note 😎 as well as when attempting to manage the cloud via a PC. Same error code as well.
