Verizon Cloud Error 7500

I just got a Pixel XL in the mail. I backed-up my contacts on the Verizon Cloud of my old device before I activated the new one. I haven't been able to access my cloud after downloading the app.

It shows the "error 7500" which I've seen in the forums.  I verified that my myverizon username and password were correct. I even spoke to a technical rep at a Verizon branch and they didn't have an answer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as the Verizon rep suggested, and when it didn't work he suggested I "call 611".

Is there an easy answer?

I haven't been able to access Cloud either after doing a factory reset.  Finally the third Verizon support person i spoke with today told me the Cloud has been down since late last night.
