Verizon Cloud Help!

My phone turned off and would not go back on, resulting in having to buy a new one. Now I can't restore my pictures from my cloud, just my contacts. The pictures are priceless, of my son growing up! Please help!

If you add a Verizon Cloud media storage feature to your account (like the $5 option for 500gb of storage) it will allow you to gain access to any photos that you had previously backed up to the cloud if you’ve had a media storage option active for your number‘s cloud account within the past 30 days. The server purges media files automatically after 30 days without the media backup option active however

You mean to tell me that I have to pay to get my own pictures? How does that make sense?

Unless you had also saved them to any other backup/cloud. Verizon stopped offering the free media storage options, and your pictures are priceless
