Hello! I downloaded the Verizon Cloud App onto my phone and I have been able to back up my contacts but not my photos. In fact, when I went to back up my photos, the Cloud backed my contacts up again and duplicated them. How can I delete the duplicated contacts and how can I get the Verizon Cloud to back up my photos?

Oh no! That is never a good thing to have duplicates. Here is a way to delete them: http://vz.to/2oebxO8 . It will require you to use a computer. Otherwise, you would have to delete the individually from the app. In reference to the photos. What steps did you take to back them up exactly?
