Verizon Cloud Usage

I'm either an [removed] or this is the worst website I have ever seen! All I want to do is download my files from the Verizon Cloud back to an external hard drive and I can't find anything.  They talk about downloading an app to do it and when I go there there is nothing to download and install. What's up with this outfit?

VP.SCOREKEEPER, saving those memories is always important. To save those images to that external hard drive, when viewing your pictures on cloud go to all files. I suggest doing one folder at a time because it takes a while. Check the box on the folder then click on download. After that a pop up will appear click open. Highlight your downloads when it's finished and save in a folder on your pc. Hope this helps!
