I want manage my Verizon Cloud pictures on my desktop on the large screen. However, every link I found from Verizon comes back with this error:

Any idea how I can get the proper method to download the Windows 10 app?

Couple comments. The Cloud app for windows or macintosh computers do not have the ability to manage your cloud content. For that, it will redirect you to the cloud website https://cloud.verizonwireless.com
If you are having challenges accessing the address the support team provided, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using the in-private/in-cognito mode of the browser you are using. That usually clears up issues where one person can go to a website but someone else can't.
If you still want to download the windows app, try this address https://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/overlays/cloud-desktop.html in a browser's in cognito (Ctrl-Shift-N for chrome/Ctrl-Shift-P for Firefox & Explorer)

Georgina, thanks for the information. However, I get the error message when I click on that link so it does not provide any ability to download the app. Is there an alternate download link from Verizon?

Unfortunately, the link still does not work on my Windows 10 Dell PC.

Thanks. Despite clearing the browser cache it still did not get the desktop client.
However, the link to the Verizon cloud website worked and provides access.

I don't know why they make it so hard to find.....or maybe I do.
