Verizon Cloud Worthless -- Backing Up Content I Don't Want

I cleared the checkbox to backup Photos and Videos to my Cloud, AND I deleted all of the content out of my Cloud.

Yet when I log in I still find my Cloud full of photos.  Honestly this is worse than no backup service at all.

Just for clarification, are you using the Verizon Cloud app or logging in online to clear the information? When did this begin? Are you receiving any error messages at all when utilizing their Verizon Cloud? Please provide a few additional details and we will be ready to continue helping.
