Verizon Cloud and Kyocera DuraXV

I signed up for the 30-day trial to Premium Verizon Cloud because the Verizon website told me that my phone was compatible with the service. I'm trying to backup my contacts (about 130) to Verizon Cloud. Verizon Cloud tells me it is only able to back up 1 contact, however.

Shouldn't Verizon Cloud be able to back up all my contacts?

According to a Verizon Wireless chat rep, the reason my contacts were not syncing was that I had copied them from my phone via Bluetooth. The rep told me that Bluetooth transfers of contacts were very unreliable.

I ended up importing my contacts into the Verizon Cloud website and the contacts were then synced back to my phone.

My issue is now resolved.
